Will Richardson is the Founder and Managing Partner of Palovest. After completing his undergraduate degree in Finance at the University of Arizona, Will began his career in wealth management, working as an Advisor at both Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley in San Francisco, CA. Will later served as Director of Private Markets at Elevation Securities, where he spent three years specializing in secondary transactions.

Over the course of his career, Will has built a strong network of private market participants and has facilitated transactions involving more than 20 private companies, totaling approximately $250 million in volume. His expertise spans deal sourcing, structuring, and negotiation.

Although now based in Los Angeles, Will’s roots are in Silicon Valley, where he grew up and where his family founded and currently operates a small chain of Mexican restaurants.

Will holds the FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.
